Home & Garden 2020 April 25, 2020 10 a.m to 3 p.m. 119 S Tennessee Ave setup date April 24 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. outdoor vendors can set up 8 a.m. April 25
The event is designed to bring as many local businesses that relate to home and garden together to establish a yearly gathering of places where the community can come together to learn about the variety of places right here in Campbell County where they can purchase goods and services. Anyone interested in participating contact us at postmarklafollette@gmail.com or use the from at the bottom of this page. We supply a table and two chairs for each vendor, table size depends on what type of goods you are presenting. PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL SUPPORT OUR YOUTH ART PROGRAM IN JULY. YOUR NAME OR LOGO WILL BE INCLUDED IN THAT EVENT AS A SUPPORTER.
Participation Fees:
$250 Major Sponsor - name and or logo appear as such on all printed materials
$100 Supporter - name and or logo appear as such on all printed materials.
$25 Craft Vendor fee - home based craft based business, name listed in flyer presented the day of the event, and whenever printed space permits. (Limited space for Craft Vendors)
We are off to a great start for our 2020 event. We have commitments from the following Major Sponsors, Ridge Real Estate, Lowe's, Walk in Tubs & More, and Lynn Ray State Farm. Supporters from Community Trust Bank and have contacted all of the vendors who participated in our inaugural show. We are looking for vendors from a few of the home show/home based businesses like Pampered Chef, Norwex or Southern Living consultant, etc. This year we will have tables from Jacksboro's Elementary School Garden kids and CHET will be handing out their Deterra bags for recycling expired and or unused drugs right in your own home and sharing information on the Imagination Library.
Postmark LaFollette held its inaugural Home and Garden show on April 13, 2019. There were about 130 visitors for the event and several businesses held their own individual drawings. Lowes gave away a small grouping of a table and two chairs, Lindsay's Paint and Carpet had a drawing for $100 off purchases at their store. Norwex, J & J Cabinets and Claihil Farm also had drawings.
There were four major sponsors of the event: Claihill Farm, Indian River Marina, Lowes and Ridge Real Estate. The other sponsors were Ball Farm Event Center, Community Trust Bank, Cox Construction, Farm Bureau, Lindsay's Paint & Carpet, Quality Lawn, Truly Nolan Pest Control and Wender Furniture. There were also a variety of table vendors such as Beary Healthy with the Campbel County School System, Doug Swallow Bird Houses, Norwex, J & J Cabinets, LaFollette Garden Club, US Cellular and Ridge Heating and Air. A special Thank you to Kelli Jo Wright who joined in and helped through out the day by announcing the numerous door prizes donated by the LaFollette Garden Club and Lowes.
